I would say they did a good job but they take too long.

They were very friendly but they had my van for 29 days to fix the bumper and gate. I felt that was way too long to keep my car.

Overall, the quality of the work was fine in the end. It was not perfect, but we understand why. The issue was the length of time it took, and how we had absolutely zero communication from the business throughout the process. I mean, ZERO. The process for the repair took 8 weeks. Not once during those 8 weeks did they call me to update me on the status. I called once a week or more, to which I was told, "It's wrapping up," when in essence it took longer. After the 6th week, I called and they said it was ready to be picked up. Clearly it wasn't inspected as the hood was entirely crooked. This should have been caught prior to releasing the vehicle. They then had to reorder a part and start the hood from scratch. They told me I could take the rental car and it wouldn't be an issue. Fast forward to our 7th week and we are traveling with our child. We got to our destination by plane, and arrived to the rental car place but, they would not release our car to us because they said we had a rental in our possession that was past due, and unpaid. It turns out the repair shop had not extended our rental contract as promised. After 1.5 hours we were able to take a car. The car was then never communicated back that it was completed. I again had to call and see if it was ready. When we arrived, the hood was still crooked, and the guy who worked on it was aware.
