Everything was great until I had to return with an issue. This is where the shop failed for me and customer service is important to me so for that reason I probably wouldn’t recommend.

The repair of the dent looks great. The window moulding that had to be replaced because the door had to be disassembled is sticking out. I took the car back and the repair man pushed on it and said it was down as far as the clips would go. He could see it was sticking up but told me it was down as far as it goes. No apology or attempt other than brute force to fix it. I told him if that’s the best they could do it would have to be OK and left.

The front desk help was GREAT. The people who called to give me updates were also incredibly professional and nice. The repair man that looked at the car when I brought it back was incredibly unprofessional and was obviously unhappy with me that I brought it back.

Collision pros did an amazing job at fixing the damage on my vehicle and I can't even tell anything ever happened. The staff at the loomis location were all very kind and helpful through the process. I recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

No phone call or email communication updates. Claimed Tesla emails lie even though tracking showed parts had arrived that they originally tracked down in the shop after I pressed the issue
