I had to call to make the appointment for repairs days after Tesla notified me the part had been delivered to collision pros. I was promised a call as soon as the part was delivered. Otherwise, customer service was good.

I was beyond satisfied. I have never experienced such great customer service within the mechanic industry. Leo was so wonderful and upheld the best customer service. And then picking up my car I was surprised to see it had been cleaned with my tires shined. Collision pros went above and beyond and hopefully I never have to go back to them but if I do definitely will go back and recommend service to anyone!!!
