Collision Pros was great! My car looks like new in all the places that they fixed and better than before everywhere else. They were very professional and did a fabulous job at even gave me a little extra paint to touch up scratches that were previously existing.

I would say pretty likely because the guys turned out to be professional, down to earth, responsive and helpful. Just treat people with dignity and respect, it's amazing how apparently hard that is for so many organizations to do.

The initial meeting was offset as I was told approximately three times about "how busy" you guys are. This is a default sign of an untrained person, who wants to help, but feels overwhelmed. Choose up front to ignore everything you've got going in the back of the office. As a customer, I simply don't care. What you do in the back office is your concern. What you do with my car and me, that is my concern.

We’ve taken to our social circles and advised heavily against anyone ever considering collisionpros for any repair work on anything, even their 1980s Honda Civic. You just can’t trust you’ll get what you’re paying for, what you should expect from a body shop.

The car was destroyed by your painter. Was towed in unsafe, suspension wasn’t repaired, were forced to pay for the car before seeing it, car has been immobile since being advised by Firestone alignment tech that serious damage could occur. How many weeks will we be without use of our car? Has the replacement suspension been ordered yet? We could go on for hours over how unbelievably unacceptable this car’s “repairs” are, maaco does better paint work. The painter needs their eyes checked, your team needs to learn not to say “well you know red is hard to match” when there’s a Red Model Y being repaired at the same time as our car. Bottom line, it will be interesting to see how this gets fixed… we do NOT have high hopes and are fully prepared to see your team destroy it further.
