The employee Leo rocked it, the other contact I had was all errors and not even done after being verified and explained to me changes made immediately. Was not any misunderstanding or such, was just plain that me the customer provided info for my repairs necessary for the payment and the info was ignored. Totally odd.

All were exceptionally awesome, positive and kind and helpful, mostly Leo went above and beyond. I did experience multiple problems with others regarding my payment method choices, after verification and clarification and being told all was in order when I picked up vehicle, turned out nothing was done at all. It caused more problems to correct everything. Simply put, an employee confirms has it taken care of, but never does any of it, doesn’t advise anyone about anything, just doesn’t do what he told the customer was done. Again, Leo handled all.

I used Kniesel couple times before. They provide a shining car while I picked up my car and all parts used factory parts . I noticed my Honda back seat is dirty and exterior is dirty while I picked it up. There is a long scratch on engine hook and trunk cannot close normally like before. I believe they already done the best but the job can’t compare with Kinesel. This is just my thought. Thanks
