From day one, the service I received here was absolutely phenomenal. I initially found this shop because it’s a Tesla-certified collision repair facility, but what truly exceeded my expectations was the exceptional customer service. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by beautiful décor and a team that was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and honestly, and I was treated with the utmost respect. I immediately felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Throughout the entire process — from ordering parts to dropping off my car — I was consistently kept in the loop. Once repairs began, I received clear updates on each stage and an anticipated completion date. Then came the best surprise: Nicole called me a full week earlier than expected to let me know my car was ready. When I mentioned I didn’t have a ride, she immediately coordinated with the rental company to arrange pickup so I could come get my vehicle. That level of proactive service truly stood out. When I arrived, my car looked absolutely beautiful. It had been fully detailed inside and out, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the over-the-top service provided. Kudos to Nicole, Kevin (my adjuster), and the entire Collision Restoration team.
