I had an excellent experience with Parkway from start to finish. The employee at the front desk was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She explained the entire repair process clearly, handled all the arrangements, and even organized my rental car so I could simply drop off my vehicle and pick up the rental in one place. They made the whole experience as smooth, easy, and stress-free as possible. The estimated completion time was already reasonable, but I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back four days earlier than expected! The repairs were completed beautifully, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience and would highly recommend Parkway to anyone needing auto body repairs.
