The team was very thorough. The daily updates were reassuring as I was aware of the day to day process on my vehicle. When I picked it up, the car was spotless. I was so happy to have my car back. The customer service was excellent. I was always kept up to date with the repair timeline (from Nicole) and despite a part arrival delay of a final part the car was repaired in a timely manner. Nicole was also amazing arranging my loaner car as I needed a few extensions. When there was a delay in the arrival of the final part of my car the shop even covered the extra day in my loaner car for me, which was super generous. I was very please with the service all around.

- take too long to repair - return calls too long , sometimes i had to call again after 24 hours - there was a dent on my car. with n 24 hours, they will call me but they never call. I had to call them again.
