I was completely frustrated with the lack of communication from the shop. They took months to get my car in, with no communication during that process and then once my car was there, the only updates I got were from NJM. The shop originally told me 8 days and it was about 3 weeks.

It looks like a new car. However, we were told you would work on it within 2 months which turned out to be 3. When it went in we were told it would take 10 days, it took 15. In the future please plan for delays.

When we took the car for an estimate in July 2024, we were told it would be 2 months before they could schedule the job. 2 months became 3 months. Then when they finally took the car in late october they said it would be 10 days for the repair which turned into 15 days. They need to work on being more prompt with the timing of the car repairs. We had to call in order to get updates on when the car repair could be scheduled and when it would be complete. They never called us.

They were professional, polite and seemingly comprehensive. it did take several weeks to initiate the repair. As I understand, this was due to having to locate some parts.

My only issue is my mat in the back of my car has glue on it. The mat is brand new and I think maybe while my car was being worked on something was places on it that had glue on it.
