Everyone there is so nice and I'm familiar with some the faces because they've (unfortunately) been fixing my cars for years. I would have preferred more contact during the time between me dropping off the car and them starting. I knew there would be a delay but it seemed very long.

I had the estimate done on 6/11. They originally told me that they weren’t too busy so they could get the vehicle in right away. I approved the estimate on 6/13, and they told me that they would order the necessary parts, and it would be 6 weeks out. I called them on 8/1, and they told me that there was a transition to a new company/ new owners and that things were slightly behind, and it should be 8-10 more days. I emailed them again on 8/14 and the response was that he was going to check with the scheduler to get an update. I called them last week and was informed that they will order my parts when I get scheduled. I was told that they would call back to schedule an appointment and then order parts. They finally scheduled and completed the repairs. I had to take it back again because they missed some dings and chips on the hood and upper grill. I finally have the vehicle back, but it was not a great experience.
