Taylor and Gavin were knowledgeable, engaging and prompt. They explained the process, worked with me to make sure I understood how the restoration would take place, and moved us along in a speedy manner. The actual work was accomplished in a speedy but complete manner. And, Gavin and Taylor let me know they would stay beyond the 5:00 closing hour so I could pick up the car (about 5:20). Positive!

Taylor at the front desk is very pleasant and efficient. Gavin did a great job with my estimate as the final bill was very close to the estimate. The text message updates were very helpful. So few companies have a person answer their phone lines. It was great to have your level of customer service. Automated answering machines, chat bots have never given me the same level of service as a human.

The whole process was top notch. Everyone I talked with about my car was super professional, very detailed, very knowledgeable, and wanted me to be informed and well taken care of. They helped schedule my rental and have it available when I dropped my car off and had it picked up when I got my car back. I was well informed throughout the entire process. Nothing but professionalism the entire time. I would recommend this business to anyone needing car repair!
