Everyone was very nice and after things started moving I did get regular updates. Now that I have had my car a couple days and there’s heat outside I found my coolant to be empty and my ac to not be working even after coolant had been added. My windshield fluid was not hooked back up and something does appear to be leaking.

1.My car looks better than it did prior to the accident. 2. I appreciate the staff for proceeding with the repairs although the last part (grill) has yet to arrive (on back order). I had been worrying about how I could possibly afford to keep my rental car once my insurance limit was reached. Without me asking, the staff came up with a solution for repairing and returning my vehicle asap - as we continue to wait for the grill to be delivered. (The grill will simply be replaced once it arrives.) 3. The staff cleaned the inside and outside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise.
