I was able to drop my car off to get it repaired from an accident. I was able to get a rental car pickup and drop off. This was so convenient. My overall experience was great.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a business. 1. The front desk lady with the dark hair and glasses is straight-up RUDE. She didn't even greet me when I walked in--so dismissive. 2. I had to come back FOUR times... they had my car for a total of SIX WEEKS. When I came back the last time to get my car, it was on a "test drive," even though they told me to pick it up days prior (it's not exactly easy to run to Florida Bivd with work/ coordinating schedules to get a ride). Like, why are you taking it on a test drive NOW????? I had to wait 30 minutes for him to come back from the test drive. And I'm supposed to thank him for being "thorough"? -- also test drove it for over 50 miles, who do you think pays for that gas? 3. No one mentioned they were waiting on a cosmetic part, so they called me to come back a few days after I picked it up the first time. WHO HAS THE TIME?????? 4. They left a big black handprint on the cloth interior of my car... 5. I was told not to be outside alone because there just happens to be 30 homeless people on drugs outside the building. The owner, Vu, is nice and was understanding of my problems, but that honestly doesn't make up for all the distress this experience has caused me. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy.

My car looked perfect after repairs! Paint job was phenomenal and everything was functioning as it should. What I loved even more was the customer service. Took care to accommodate me when i needed to pick my car up early. Wouldn’t want to get repairs done anywhere else!

Everything was beautiful when I went to pick it up. Even when I noticed my back camera was off, I brought it back to Collision and they fixed it right away. Great service and always answered my questions when I called!
