I do believe people have great experiences here. I, unfortunately, did not. Had my repair only lasted 6 weeks and cost $10k, I’d be satisfied. But after 4+ months and over $26,000 this is unacceptable.

Staff is excellent - Vu Nguyen & Hei Nguyen are very nice people. I am thankful my car is operable. However for 5+ months at the shop (the mistake of the collision center because they thought a part on back order was necessary, when it was not) and $26k+, I am totally dissatisfied with the experience. Also, my car has been returned to me with dings in door panels, scratches on panels untouched by the accident, and destroyed light-colored leather seats — none of which are from my accident. However I’m hesitant to bring it back for repairs, for fear you guys will keep my car for several more months. My loss of use costs (car payment, insurance, car rental while the vehicle was sitting at your shop unnecessarily long at the fault of the shop) of over $6,000. Worth noting: Hei is extremely responsive and his attention to detail made me feel like my car was in good hands. Unfortunately, he didn’t have control of my car until the very end.

I recently received a text from Solutions stating that my Mercedes was ready and I could pick it up. Actually, I picked my car up on November 22, 2024. I thought you were just purging your records when I got the text. Only one time my pick up date was pushed back and I didn’t get my car as originally told. However, I can honestly say I was extremely pleased with the end result and the entire experience. Thank you.
