Customer service is awesome. The owner/manager is really cool and down to earth. Nice guy. Bonus….my rental was from enterprise and I was able to leave it at the repair shop and drive away in my car. That’s customer service at it finest

Very kind. Did a good job on the repair, but the hood is vibrating really bad when the car is idling, and there is a bigger than usual gap when the hood is closed. I am going to call you. Otherwise, the repair is very good.

I will never recommend anyone to any collision solutions because of the horrible experience I had with the company.

When the car was dropped off by the tow company and I came in to sign the paper work I informed them that the man who towed the vehicle said there was a problem with the steering wheel. While repairing the car they fixed things but over looked the steering wheel problem and had to then keep my car longer because they didn’t listen.

The owner Mr. Vuu is rude. When I called and asked to speak to Mr. Vuu he said that he’s super busy and don’t have time to take calls like this. I had to constantly call for updates on my vehicle..

They got the bump out and fixed the door but the bumper isn't really fixed. A piece stick out undone and now my car is making g noises it wasn't making before. Not sure if it's the bumper or sumin else. They day they going to call to fix the whole the left in the fender. Suppose to replace the whole thing and only did one side.
