Mainly very satisfied. There were delays. I had to keep calling on days that they were expected to finish only to find car was not ready. Got car back finally by closing on Monday. Might be hearing a noise that wasn’t there before so still evaluating.

(This review relates to follow-up repairs) The company has not repaired my vehicle . I contacted them initially over two months ago about issues, and only heard back from the owner four days ago saying that he has been out of the office after my insurance company intervened. I haven't received an assessment nor repairs and it's not acceptable.
