My car looks amazing & I am thankful for the repair. Unfortunately, I was without my car for three months in the process. Although I just received my car back, I am still noticing some repairs that were overlooked. Also, I wish I was communicated with better throughout the process.

The repair work that they completed on my CRV is brilliant; my car looks better now than it did before the collision. The craftsmanship is top-tier, and guaranteed for the life of ownership. Even more impressive was the experience from start to finish. Everyone at the shop was professional and communicative. They kept me updated, communicated with both the insurer and car rental agency, followed through on a specific request of mine, and made sure I knew what was happening. And despite it being the start of the holiday season — when drawn-out delays seem inevitable — they still completed the work by the estimated date. That kind of reliability is rare and appreciated.
