Quality of repair was good, paint and bodywork on tailgate match and alignment is good. Some After Market parts used in the repair. The repair was completed timely and as expected. Overall experience with the repair was good from quote to arrangement to drop vehicle off and update when repair was expected to be complete.

Every warning light in the car is on. None of these were on before. Check engine, ABS, chassis suspension, brake warnings, parking brake warnings all on. The wheel is scrubbing when the car goes into reverse. It is dragging as the car rolls making a grinding sound. The car will not shift into comfort or sport mode. The body of the car looks great. Good job. But the other issue override the look. This is not good.

The car is in bad shape. The body looks good. But the wheel is scrubbing as the car rolls. The brakes are all but gone. Warning lights are on, including the check engine light, rear taillight malfunction, parking brake, brakes, chassis suspension, etc. Car no longer shifts ride modes. The steering pulls heavily when the brakes are pressed at high speeds. The car wasn’t ready. You had time to get it right. I am totally disappointed in the underlying issues not being addressed.
