I have a brand new Lexus that was hit from behind... I brought my car into Compact and they came out and looked at it and I knew it was in good hands. They also arranged for my rental car, which was awesome and so easy for me. They sent me texts with updates. I never had to call to check on my car. It was even completed earlier than expected. Big shout out to everybody at Compact for making this unfortunate incident a good experience in the end. I will absolutely highly recommend Compact Autobody.

As soon as I attived at Compact Autobody, Amy at the front desk introduced herself. Also, Joe, the manager and John, the estimator came right out introduced themselves to me as well and went right outside to look at my car... They assured me they would have it looking brand new again... After all, my car is only one month old.

Over 45 years of driving and had to have repairs made over these years I can honestly say that I have never had repairs done by a more professional shop. The work was completed quickly and done so well. The car looked like a brand new car when we picked it up. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and professional. The area where the work was done matched the rest of the car. You could not tell where the work was done. They also cleaned the entire exterior of the car. It really looked brand new. I would highly recommend them. I'm sorry that I don't not have all the names to call them out personally but they were all great from the person at the reception desk to the workers and the manager. Hopefully I will not need any work done in the future but if I do I will be using Compact Auto body for sure. Thanks for the hard work and professionalism.
