It would have been a better experience had the manager or estimator had come out to greet me to go over what was done to ensure I was satisfied before I left. I think it’s a good way to build relationships with customers so we can be return customers and recommend friends or family members.

Paint drip line was present when I picked up the car. An attempt was made to fix it while I waited but now there is an area that clearly lacks clear coat. There is also a new scratch on the piece that was worked on.
