Although no one likes having to do business with an auto body repair shop, the people at Compact Auto Body made the whole experience very pleasant. Samantha give me an immediate repair estimate and kept me informed, through text messages, of the progress of the work every step of the way. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She is definitely the right person to hold her position as the "face" of Compact Auto Body. Car was ready when promised. Returned to me clean and detailed and looked as if it had never been damaged. They do impeccable work.

A straightforward repair left me without a car for 3 weeks. It wasn't supposed to take long so I didn't request a rental. One thing after another delayed the repair and I can't be sure that the whole process, including the communication, could have been better.

I would like to start and say that I am a very particular person because of my OCD, which demands near perfection when getting something repaired. Compact Auto Body is a first class, body shop and organization. They do an amazing job from A-Z when it comes to professionalism with their staff and follow through in the quality of work they perform. Tesla’s are very difficult cars to repair and they do a top-notch job. My experience with them was amazing from the first interaction in 2021 up until today when I picked up my car. To make a long story short, I had some delivery day issues that required paint correction work. After visiting another Tesla Certified Body Shop 2 separate times, that did poor work, I did my own research and found Compact Auto Body. They performed the body work in 2021 and it was a phenomenal experience. Two years later, I was having some issues with the work in terms of surface rust on my car. After communicating with them for about a week, I met with their regional manager and general manager, Kassie, and they agreed to correct the issues no questions asked. They corrected the job that had previously been done, as well as another warranty paint job that needed to be completed via factory defect. I got my car back better than ever and could not be happier. If you are a are looking for top notch service car and quality, choose this body shop and you will have zero regrets. My car looks perfect, and no one would ever notice that there were any repairs to it. They are a first-class business, extremely professional and will ensure that you are taken care of just like family.

I don't think they double chek the vehicle before hand it over to me. Front both of my speakers where fall a part and loose? Not sure why they need to even touch speakers? The car was complety dirty inside, they didn't even clean my car after 45 days of holding, It feels like my driver side windows are flimsy when it open. Not sure how they perform my front-end suspension job, it seems to be little bit stiff?
