I do not appreciate being quoted an estimate for total repairs, and then never being contacted again stating that the repair would be hundreds of dollars more. Completing the car and then expecting a much higher payment unless car won’t be released. This is not a proper way of doing business. A total invoice amount, if different than the estimate should be agreed-upon between customer and business before complete completed and then just expected to be able to pay in much higher amount. Unacceptable

Back window was really dirty inside! That's it. I didn't notice until I was driving and hour and a half home. Otherwise everything was smooth. I liked that you texted because it's not easy to get phone calls at work
