Ryan, my customer care agent, was truly outstanding. Throughout the process, he ensured I was well-informed at every stage. Although Tesla's part delivery was slow, I appreciated receiving daily updates. The entire shop staff, including the courteous and helpful Jen at the front desk, provided excellent service. I will undoubtedly recommend their services to others.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was told my car will be done in a week. Unfortunately it took 3 weeks...but they did a nice job. Looks good!

Tesla’s part of the problem. I don’t know how you fix that. Work on the alert system though.

The driver’s side window appears to be having a problem fully closing when directed to do so with via the button. It will close, but the user has to hold the button to fully closed. Otherwise, the repairs seem satisfactory.
