The work itself is great, but the process of getting this done took forever. My estimate was taken the first week of October and my car was JUST repaired. I was told the parts were ordered, but found out in late November that the employee who took my estimate had been fired and no parts were ordered. Compact then scheduled me for a date in February because that was “first available”. As February approached, I left a message to confirm the drop off, and received no response, until I was told I missed the drop off date, as a result my drop off date was pushed back to April. Once my car was actually in the shop, the communication was great. But there were never confirmations on drop off when the date was set 2 months out, no follow up after my estimate was done, etc. it took over 6 months to get my car repaired, and this shop was a preferred shop through USAA. I’m happy to have my car back, but I should not have had to wait 6 months. It was compacts issue that my initial scheduling wasn’t handle appropriately by their former employee, but I had to wait six months to have my car fixed due to his negligence and incompetence.

I was given a clear, concise explanation of what the process consisted of to get my Ford SUV serviced and renewed to new. Paperwork was made simple and easy to complete a well as getting an Enterprise car for the formation. Thank you Brian and Jen for all your support.
