My experience with Compact Auto Body was fantastic. The staff was friendly. and communication was excellent. I received regular updates as to the status of my vehicle and when I picked it up, it looked perfect. The process was seamless, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would absolutely recommend compact auto body to anyone looking for repairs. Their communication was excellent their services, friendly and attentive, and they made it very easy for me with a very busy work schedule to have the work done at a rental arranged without complications.

Might be great when extensive repairs are required, but the time quoted for smaller jobs seems high.

The repair seems to be perfect. The staff is very professional and friendly. I do feel like repair took longer than it should have. This was a relatively small job. I say relatively because I realize all jobs have several steps, but this was the replacement of a side mirror. I was quoted 12 days when I got the estimate, then 24 days when I dropped off the car. Ultimately it took 15 days partly because the wrong part was ordered and then the right part was broken; not totally your fault; things happen.

Compact Autobody is a reliable and professional shop. They assess the damage and give a reasonable estimate for repair. They are transparent and keep you well informed during the repair. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

My car was worked on and returned to me faster than originally planned. The work done on it makes my car looks like it never was damaged (passenger front door) . I was also notified every step of the way..I highly recommend Compact Auto..

For some unknown reason, You had the wrong phone number for me. Because you had the wrong number, I was not notified at the car was completed in a timely manner. This caused problems with enterprise rental car, and also my insurance company. As far as to work is concerned, the repair looks fantastic. You would never be able to tell that my car was scratched and dented from the whole right side.

The work on my car is amazing! It looks brand new again. My only complaint is that your office had the wrong telephone number for me. This meant that you were not able to get a hold of me to let me know that my car was ready. My insurance company let me know that my car was ready but after the rental cut off date. Had I been told that the car was ready on the February 19th, I would have been able to pick up my car on February 20th, which was a day I was off. My insurance company let me know on Sunday, February 22nd that my car was ready. I wasn't able to pick up the car on Sunday because no one was open. In addition, we were having a blizzard that day into Monday. In the end, I was able, pick up my car on Friday, February 27.
