From the start, Conejo Valley Auto Center promised to restore my car to it's pre-damaged condition. That did that and more. It is like new again. The color on the damaged areas matched the existing paint....very pleased about that! I appreciated the status updates. It took longer than expected, but I was advised of that when I dropped off my car. I would highly recommend this shop for repairs.

A solution is a solution, this was a great expierance to a bad situation. The vehicle had a catalytic converter stolen, processed through State Farm insurance to find out this theft was actually at a larger scale, We the. Given another problem all locations on state fatrms certified auto body’s Gad up to 5 card with converters stolen only to be hit by another problem after with high deman for parts as a country wide scale. The piece was on back order facing a 2,000$ car rental charge for a 2 month part wait. Calling up to 11 auto body’s to find Conejo Valley. Scott from the moment I called the shop displayed vast knowledge and understanding when I mentioned the problem all the other auto body explanation only arose more questions while Scott assured, understood and took charge of the ideation literally solving every problem in a second saving thousands I even told the State Farm guy where to send other cars. If it should keep going. Scott was well informed me and it allowed for what could of been months to fix fixed in a matter of days and with guarantee. Thank you again. Definitely should be rated top 5 or even number one because I did call 10 this was the most professional

Car looked brand new! The only reason I didn’t rate a 10 was the updated completion/delivery time. The initial completion date changed a few times, I believe that’s pretty standard, but I was always made aware of the newly anticipated completion date. Great team, knowledgeable, and I was always able to speak someone when I called in for updates or questions.
