I thought about encouraging the people I saw turning in their car when I picked mine up that they might want to take it to a different body shop, or at least check the reviews first. I wish I had checked the reviews before I turned my in.

There are new dings in my car that were not there before I turned it in to the body shop and pre-existing scratches look worse than they did before. I don't know why areas of the vehicle that were not part of the insurance claim were touched at all.

For one, finishing date was scheduled for early July (a month after handing the keys) that date kept getting pushed back until July 29. A whole month later. I get it. Repairs can take a while and a place can be busy, but at least have the decency to put in all 5/5 bolts on the wheel, and not just leaving it in the center console basically saying here you go customer you can finish the repairs yourself. Now I have to either buy a wrench to put it on myself or pay for a tire shop to do it.

Although the damage was repaired it looks like the rear passenger door handle was scrapped when the car was in your shop
