Customer Service is AWESOME!!! Constant updates on the repair process.Repairs were completed actually a day before the actual completion date. When I picked up my car it had been thoroughly cleaned...I would definitely recommend!!!!!

They only focused on the cosmetic part of the parts of the repair and did not address the mechanical part of it. They also claimed that an alignment and tire/rim repair was done and provided no back up.

The communication was horrible. I understand that we have a winter storm which may have caused some delays but we were not informed about the delays until the date of scheduled pickup. I know that if a part has not been delivered then they repair cannot take place until it arrives but there was no communication about it.
