The job was good, everything looks like it’s been done well but the issue with the extra charge was a disappointment. I was supposed to only pay the deductible and I was over charged and the insurance was told to sent the extra payment to someone else, not sure what happened but very suspicious.

He took the time to explain the estimate and payment clearly and left me feeling confident and taken care of. Accidents are never easy, but working with them made this experience far less stressful.
