The service was fantastic! Sergio was so helpful. The manager and front dest assistant was also very nice, kind, and honest. There was a mistake on overpayment and the manager ran to my car to address the mistake before I drove off. What wonderful integrity and customer service! The entire staff is 5 star status! Sergio was very attentive and executed flawless customer service and he listened to my needs. Very rare nowadays, but this visit to crash champions, gave me hope that customer service still exists and is important to businesses. This location also executed with my vehicle repairs and impeccable timing. Sergio call with my completion time estimate and he was 100% accurate. They actually finished early. What a wonderful establishment! Crash Champions on Pioneer Rd I really enjoyed my visit. It was pleasant and I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to this Crash Champions for years when they were service came. They always did me right they do good work and since they’ve changed names to Crash Champions, they’re just as good and I’m just as happy with the work they did. So next time I need a body shop, I will be coming back.

The repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and my car looks great! My only issue was that they would not accept my check and I do not use debit or credit card. Very inconvenient.
