I was told through repeated text messages that the car would be ready on a Friday and it was not ready. I made a 40 mile trip for nothing o that Friday because no one called to tell me that car was not ready.

the bumper was loose I had to return the car and they put a simple screw rather than the factory fastening they put scratches on my car and deny putting them there yet they buff one of them off
