My husband and I have both had our vehicles serviced here in the last month. Although turn around time was good, A knob on my radio was completely broken off and left in the seat. My insurance deductible was also incorrect on the paper work and I was told that "I" needed to call and get it straightened out. I did this and when they called to say the car was ready the information was still wrong. When I picked the car up the wrong file was pulled and they were bringing the wrong car up. While they straightened this out, there were two men discussing another customers case and the mishandling of it by another employee.
