I am very pleased with the repair job on my Kia K-4, I was very impressed with the team especially Anastasia & Marianne for keeping me well informed on the progress of my repair. This experience was less than great. When I picked up my car the tire was flat within one hour of picking it up. In addition, I asked for a pay out of pocket fix on a door and I’m still waiting to hear back from Javier on it. He clearly didn’t want the business and we won’t be giving it to him due to his lack of efforts. The doors that did get repaired are not aligned correctly and are scratching the new paint. I’m going to try and use another Crash Champion location to get this fixed. Communication in general from Javier was spoty and he was frequently unavailable (leaving early and calling in). The only saving grace for this place is the nice lady at the front desk.
