My vehicle was taken into Crash Champions on Pantego, at Arlington TX, for minor damages after a hit and run, the repairs and paint job lasted for a little over a week. Upon receiving my vehicle, it looked practically brand new and the dented passenger side door/back bumper had been completely restored. My only issue with the service had to have been the lack of response from the business during the entire repair process. I had to remind the buisness that I didn't ever receive my initial phone call to update me on a finish date, and was told that I'd be receiving daily text updates to make up for the issue. I called the business the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend on the 21st to ask if my vehicle would be done before the holiday so that it wouldn't be kept over the weekend, and my call was never returned. It wasn't until after that Memorial Day Monday, that I had received a call and text about my vehicle being ready. The company itself seemed way more apprehensive about me picking up and paying for my vehicle repairs, and leaving a review than they were to provide me with repair updates. Despite being satisfied with the repair work done on my vehicle, I just wish they would have stuck to their customer service moral a bit more, rather than not giving a response at all.
