The bumper is not staying flush. You can see the glue on the bumper because it’s fallen down a little bit

I will definitely be recommending Crash Champions. Everyone knew what they were doing, they knew how to relate to the customer and help out with any questions. It’s such a pain to be without your vehicle. I was mad at the person that hit me, I was mad at his insurance for not working with me but I felt so at ease the way the staff there treated me. I felt I was in great hands and they turned the situation around. Something good came out of it.

When I picked up the car I noticed a couple of spots that needed attention. I returned the car a few days later and they were able to buff out one of the areas, however, I now need to return the car and leave it to address the other areas. Huge inconvenience, especially now that I no longer have the rental car available.
