The turnaround time on my repair was excellent, and I appreciated how quickly the work was completed. However, I experienced several issues that affected my overall satisfaction: There were used/dirty wash towels left inside the vehicle when it was returned to me. My newly installed window tint was damaged during the repair process. The damage is very noticeable on the driver's side window, and scratches on the windshield. The tint was only about a week old and was a significant investment. The fender installation does not appear to be secured properly. The panel does not sit flush, and I frequently have to push it back into place whenever I notice it sticking out, but kinda made peace with it. The customer service experience at pickup could have been better. When I reported that the driver's door lock was not functioning properly, the employee who returned my keys was not particularly welcoming or helpful. I ended up having to wait longer for the issue to be addressed.
