I would like to say thank you to Crash Champions, Luis Alcaide and his team for an excellent work. They replaced the door, fender and wheel ring, paint he fender and door as the same color (one of my concerns) and did a careful assembly and alignment. Also, they took care that the radio turns off when the door is closed.They also took care of a lot of other cosmetic details, a lot. They had my car ready five day ahead of schedule and cleaned the interior. I was receiving text messages with updates and calls from Luos with updates. I am happy with the service received.

The Luis Alcaide and his team replacer the door, fender and wheel arch, did a careful assembly and alifment and the paint (very important) was the sale as the original. They took care that the radio turns off when the door is being closed. That's in general, because they also took care of other details. They cleaned the interior and I was advised to jot was the car for one month because the painting. Also I parked the rental car there and they take care of it. But the careful assembly and alignment, and painting was great.

The front desk secretary was helpful all time and Luis gave me calls for updates beside sending me links about the progress repairs. I forgot to mention in the previous question that the car was planed to be ready on Wednesday 19, but was already done on Friday 14.

1 Customer Service just was not there from the get go. 2. Contact person I was assigned Gevon was not Professional n lacked customer service skills. 3. The work done on the car was not up to par. Rear bumper is still slightly detached. Very Disappointed overall.

I was rear ended at a red light by a truck with a big bumper guard. The rear bumper receive minor damage, but it did detach a little bit from the rear panel so when I went to pick up the car, it could see that they basically painted the bumper or maybe got a new bumper which is OK, but it was still detached so that tells me a new bumper was not replaced. They just painted it and fixed the holes on my rear Bumper. So I was very disappointed, even though this is a delivery car from my employer. I do not like shabby work, I like work done right! I will not be recommending this place! Also, customer service was horrible. No greeting when I walked in, the lady at the front desk was talking so slow that I could barely hear her. Another thing when I did the walk around the guy that was helping me Gevon just looked around with me and as soon as I said, OK, well thank you, he walked in. Not even a “Thank you” or thank for your Buisness nor handed me a Business card. I mean I hadn’t noticed the rear bumper that was still detached, until I drove away. This location’s Customer Service needs a lot of improvement. People need to smile and greet you as you walk in so the customer service was not there. The job was horrible so I would not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family.
