There is a rattle in the back of the vehicle where the repair was made. It would be great if the source could be found and remedied.

Reason is the car battery issue that needs to be rectified. If it is addressed then perhaps I would increase the score.

I had no concerns with the quality of the body repair work itself – in fact the people at Crash Champions have been very polite and pleasant. However, the day I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the radio station had been changed to a Spanish-language station. As I do not speak or listen to Spanish-language radio, this was unusual. The following day, my car battery was completely dead, leaving me stranded miles from home and unable to pick up my children from school. Prior to this incident, the battery had never caused any issues. My vehicle had been at Crash Champions for approximately three weeks. As a result, I had to purchase a replacement battery at a cost of approximately $350 at Firestone, and I have retained the receipt. I intend to speak with the manager at the Crash Champions location on Bellaire Blvd in Houston to request reimbursement for this expense. Given that the battery had been reliable before the repair, I suspect it may have been drained while the vehicle was in the shop, possibly due to the radio or lights being left on for an extended period, which may have significantly reduced the battery's remaining life.
