I finally received my car about three weeks after I was initially told it would be ready I have to pay extra for my rental car because of that. the total amount I have to pay the rental company is almost $390 it's $388 in change

The young lady working as the receptionist I'm not sure but in think her name was Christina. She's very nice and greets everyone with such a positive attitude and makes sure we're ok while waiting. Cody did an amazing job with explaining by detail what was needed and also what was done to the vehicle.

Everything was amazing. Except Trey the Enterprise guy. A bit rude with a kind of "only here for a paycheck" attitude. Other than that, it was all a great experience.

When parts were ordered and put on wait list, i was not informed until 3 weeks into repair. There was a battery change during repair process that ibwas not told about until after i received the vehicle. The vehicle was in worse condition internally than when it was wrecked (during time between accident and drop off to Service King)

At the very beginning this was most helpful getting my car picked up from the lot and over to service king. Cody was extremely helpful from that point forward. He kept me up to date on where my car was in the process of getting repaired and actually was completed before the promise date. Everything about the experience was very smooth and informative. I appreciate it very much, service King was an excellent experience.
