The work on the car was done well and in a timely manner. My difficulty was with scheduling my repair. I spent a lot of time on the phone, only to show up at the shop to find the staff totally unaware that I had been scheduled. It seemed like the information from the centralized call center had not gone through to the specific shop. This scheduling miscommunication caused me to be late for work. I had to wait another week before I could schedule my car to be dropped off.

I had to call repeadly to get information on my vehicle. Your website doesn't really tell you anything. The agent said he would call on Tuesdays/Thursdays. He may have called 2 times... my car was there from 12/15-1/16. At least twice, I could not leave a message nor could I get the operator to answer after 35 rings. Excuses: phone problems; Agent was out either sick or w/death in family. I went by and was told my car was ready Friday. I got it. The windshield wiper is hitting the side post. I have to take it back. The engine seems to be racing. I don't think they even worked on the engin.

the service reps repeatedly underestimated the duration of the repair and failed to communicate any delays to me, leaving me to call repeatedly to find out why my car took 2 weeks to do what was originally described as a three day repair
