After getting the vehicle back and noticing the issue with my suspension I will not recommend this company to friends, family, or colleagues.

When I picked up my vehicle and was going back home, I noticed an issue with my vehicle’s suspension. The shocks appear to be damaged — there’s little to no shock absorption when driving, and the ride feels much rougher than usual, especially over bumps or uneven roads. It seems the suspension is no longer absorbing impact properly. I had no issue with my suspension when I dropped off the car. You all had my car for a little over a week.

The whole experience was very stress free. I was greeted quickly when I arrived and signed the papers to get the repairs started. I was sent progress texts and my repair manager would also call. The car was ready earlier than I expected and it was clean inside and out. I am very pleased with the work done and the warranty just in case something occurs.
