Michael was amazing to work with! He was the first person after many quotes to sit down with me and actually explain the repairs needed. He advocated for me and worked with his manager to find lower cost parts to help save me a lot of financial pain. I truly won’t forget the kindness he showed and all the help he provided! Crash Champions Collision Repair was very thorough throughout the entire repair process. Michael kept me updated with regular phone calls and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. The team was detail-oriented, organized, and truly took great care of me and my vehicle. As a nice bonus, they even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it. I highly recommend Crash Champions for their excellent customer service and quality work!!
