I appreciated the consistent updates, and was so glad to see how well the repair was done. I don’t know much about cars but it looked like it was brand new to me. I also loved how clean it was when I got it back!! Outside and inside haven’t been that clean since I bought it! <3

Crash Champions made this entire repair process so much easier and less stressful than I expected. From the very beginning, they kept me informed with updates and gave me enough time to work with the insurance company to get the rental advancement I needed. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. They didn’t just focus on the cosmetic appearance of the vehicle — they explained all the additional testing and inspections they were doing to make sure everything affected by the accident was properly repaired. They checked everything related to the wheel damage, made sure the alignment was correct, performed diagnostic testing, and even replaced the wheel to ensure the vehicle was fully restored. They explained what they were going to do before repairs started, and then reviewed everything again with me when I picked up the vehicle. I always felt informed and included in the process. They also gave me an exact completion date, and my vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. When I picked up my Mazda, it looked brand new again. I’m extremely happy with the quality of the repairs and the professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend Crash Champions.

Car was returned to me still making a noise from the front passenger side while driving and is now leaking as well after my pick up date was pushed back three times I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service done to the car

They did a great job if you didn’t know what side the accident was on you wouldn’t be able to tell. Also went above and beyond washed and cleaned the interior A-1 service met my expectations and then far exceeded them. If you trust them with your vehicle they will take care of you which is all you can ask. Pretty happy with the responsiveness. Work is done nicely, although a small repair I requested (pay out of pocket) got lost but no big deal considering how long the insurance company dragged the process out. Very happy .
