Everyone was friendly and did a great job. I also noticed my car was vacuumed as well and that is SOOO appreciated after all this tree pollen blowing around. Thanks for the help and great work on the car. Dustin was informative and considerate.

I Was not kept apprised as to the progress of the repair. My vehicle was supposed to be ready yesterday. No one called me to inform me that my vehicle wasn't going to be ready. I Had to make the call. The Representative was at lunch at 1:30, so I left a message for him to return my call. He never did. I Had to call back at 4:00pm and he wasn't available. He finally called me back at 4:45pm to inform me that it probably would be ready on Friday around noon and would call me by noon. He never did. I Called around 2:00pm on Friday. Vehicle was ready at 4:00pm. Very very frustrating!!! Horrible communication from Service King.
