I just feel that as long as it took to get my car back there shouldn’t have been any issues. One week turned into almost a month & I still have to make arrangements to take my car back to have the visible ripples under the door handles smoothed out.

It was easy to get an appointment on the same day through my Allstate insurance. It was easy to check in and leave my vehicle that same day. The desk staff and appraiser were easy to work with. The job was completed 2 days early.

The was an issue with my gas tank area where the repair was done. I took it back and it was repaired quickly. Fermin even offered to have the car dropped off at my home. He went above and beyond to help and repair the issue. It was greatly appreciated.
