Crash Champions did a wonderful job repairing my truck that was hit in a parking lot while I was parked. They handled all the insurance details and they warranty their work for lifetime. The the ladies in the office were super friendly and nice. Tim was very helpful and kept me posted with all details during the time. My truck was in Crash Champions shop. Thank you guys. I had a great experience with Crash Champions. Their communication throughout the entire repair process was excellent, and they consistently kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the process stress-free. What impressed me the most was that they went above and beyond by fixing a small area of damage that was unrelated to the repair I originally brought my car in for, and they did it at no additional cost. That level of customer service and attention to detail really stood out to me. My car looks amazing, and I truly appreciate the extra care they took.
