There was an issue with the lift gate after the repairs were completed. Took the car back the next day, which was a Saturday. Tech that had worked on my car wasn't in, but returned on Monday. Issue was fixed in less than an hour.

Called to check status was told “should be done tomorrow” for 4 days in a row. I told them at drop off the alignment was off but it wasn’t on the initial estimate because that was done by photos. They didn’t address that or even look past the cosmetic damage when I took it to my mechanic I was informed the steering rack and piston were broken. They released the vehicle back to me in an unsafe condition!
