My car was delivered back to me not cleaned, so when I got home the next day and started to process of wiping the dirt off with a microfiber towel, I noticed two blemishes in the paint, and a small scratch near the repaired areas. I’m just disappointed because there were multiple other hiccups along the way, from a delay in ordering the headlamp which pushed the delivery back a few days, to a Technician not being on duty a day that also caused a delay. I had just had my Mustang repaired at a different Crash Champion location and just had expected the same experience and Service at this location.

The local staff was great. Just overworked and understaffed due to typical corporate greed of maximizing profits by squeezing too much out of Human Resources. The only cure for greed is humility.

I was pleased with the way it looked and the time it took to get the job done. Todd Sheppard did an excellent job. I was impressed that he was so particular on the work that was done. He made sure that it was done up to a high standard. This is the second time we have used Crash Champions and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
