When my son picked up my vehicle, the following day my granddaughter was driving the car and a sensor malfunctioned and began to sound off. My son and granddaughter showed up at the shop today and was told that my car could not be evaluated until tomorrow. I live in Odessa, TX, the accident took place in Arlington, TX and it seemed most convenient to have it repaired locally without the cost of towing it back to Odessa. My rating is due to the lack of good customer service. My granddaughter took the time off of work to resolve this issue. There was a day and time when any suspicion of a problem for a customer repair would have been handled immediately. I paid for the repair with no problem. My children were told that other customers were ahead of my complaint and I had to wait until tomorrow. I should not have had to wait. Customers once upon a time were important to a business. Now we are only a number. Word of mouth is the best advertising that a company can receive. I will not give a favorable review for your service. I pray that the issue with the sensor does not persist because if it does the closest place to deal with it will be 2 hours away in Lubbock, TX as opposed to bringing it back Fort Worth 5 hours away.

The repair was done beautifully and completed in a very timely manner. I especially appreciated them texting me every day keeping me informed of their progress. My car looked fantastic when I picked it up.
