Michael was very pleasant to deal with. He was friendly and professional. My car was done sooner than expected which made me happy since I had a rental car. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions. The gentleman who checked me out as well as the ladies answering the phone had great customer service skills from the first phone call to the last . I would highly recommend service king.
